Detailed Description

Adds interfaces for hardware based alternating exposure fuctionality.

It introduces two new interfaces:

• Ext::IAlternatingExposureCaps: Determines whether a device provides alternating exposure support
• Ext::IAlternatingExposureSettings: configure alternating exposure settings.
